Connecting to customers

Many companies cherish their customers, but keep this up until five minutes after the deal is closed. Some other profit and non-profit organizations set up great customer loyalty programs and manage to ensure the flawless implementation towards end-users. Somewhere in between is a space where most organizations, large or small, are maneuvring. The question is: how can you be certain that all the money and energy you put into loyalty in the front, does not disappear through a gaping hole in the back? Or does your company reward new customers with a warm welcome and at the same time take existing customers granted?

Connecting to target groups

In the Netherlands, Conneqto’s homebased country, approximately 17 million inhabitants spread over more than 7.5 million private households. About one third of the Dutch population is considered to be the national workforce. If we leave out the government officials and employees, the other people earn their living at half a million businesses and institutions, from SMEs to multinationals. All these companies strive exist for longer than today. Continuity requires a constant stream of sales and profits. Connecting to people

Our experience is as diverse as our customer base. We are the 'house coaches at CDS and Pacer. For various car brands we have done satisfaction surveys and mystery shopping, including during the Amsterdam Motorshow (AutoRAI) over the past few years. For a premium brand, we build a foundation for their loyalty program in 2016. At various IT companies, we conducted marketing projects. We help some SME organizations in developing and implementing their marketing and campaigns. For a retailer, we manage their CRM. In short, plenty of work to do!
